I’m disappointed that the company hasn’t replied after I contacted them several times on WhatsApp. My headphones were left in the boat’s locker after my bag was put there because the sea was so rough on the return trip. They weren’t in my bag when I checked after getting off. For a premium service, the lack of response is really disappointing.

We had a beach bed reserved, but they said they couldn’t fit us in even though the place was practically empty and I’d told them we’d only need it for 45 minutes. We arrived on a 47-foot yacht, but the dock couldn’t take us, and they wouldn’t provide a larger tender because of our party size. I had a 12-year-old with me who couldn’t make the jump from the larger boat to the smaller one. There were bugs and no repellent. Our table by the beach faced the jetskis, so all we could smell was gas. The food was below average and service was slow. Pick another beach club if you’re an upscale customer.

We came for the day and had a great time. It’s beautiful, quiet, and remote, much more our style than the loud party spots closer to the city.

The boat ride over was beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly. My family and I took a day trip with our two young kids, who loved every minute. It’s very family-friendly, and the food and drinks were great. We also paid extra for a massage, which my husband says was the best he’s ever had. I’d definitely consider staying overnight.
