Hotel La Palma y El Tucan - Coffee & Nature

I speak very little Spanish and thought communication might be difficult, but the staff were patient and accommodating, so it never became a problem. The views were beautiful, the coffee and food delicious, and the team both kind and knowledgeable. I had the most relaxing, enjoyable stay this past week and can't think of anything that could have made it better. The country, setting, venue, experience, and staff were all incredible. If you're choosing a place to visit, La Palma and El Tucan is the one I'd pick. I'll definitely be back.

The staff even helped us organize transport between Bogota and the farm, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. With gorgeous views, good food, and incredible coffee, it was an amazing visit. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves coffee.

The dogs were adorable, and they love snacking on the avocados from the trees ❤️. I was also glad to learn that the business is run with strong ethics, a focus on ecology and zero waste, and community involvement. The coffee was incredible, but the restaurant food, service, and location impressed me too. An absolutely wonderful experience.

We loved the coffee tour and meditation session, both well worth recommending. The food was stunning and organic, and the staff were thoughtful, caring, and professional. The modern premises and architecture look amazing, with beautiful surroundings, nature, birds, and plantations all around. The weather was just right for walking. We'll definitely return!
