The room was badly cleaned, with buckets left around and empty soap packets in the bathroom. Staff were rude and completely unprofessional, and made noise early in the morning without considering guests. The hotel was filthy, the service was poor, and it was outrageously expensive for what they offered. Worst of all, they opened our room in the middle of the night while we were asleep, a serious security breach. When we complained, they blamed us. Disgusting and negligent. The worst hotel I've stayed in. Avoid it.

From my experience, the customer service was awful, and they weren't clear about the promotions or how long a stay lasted. The TV situation could be improved too, it was terrible. And the bathrooms definitely need work.

I left stressed and had to move to a quieter hotel. The staff downstairs were so loud in the mornings, laughing and talking at a volume that made it impossible to sleep. This is meant to be a place to rest. Terrible service, with lots of noise on the first floor.

They tried to open the door while we were going to sleep, after we'd paid for the night. It was terrifying, and we thought we were about to be robbed. I don't recommend staying here. If you go, you can be sure you'll leave with nothing.

The location was central, close to everything, and the rooms and bathrooms were lovely, clean, and cozy. The staff were really friendly, and the service was very good.
