We came back to Nova apartments for a second visit, and I still love the location and how friendly the staff are. Damien was especially great, sharing local insights and recommendations. His English is excellent, but he still practiced Spanish with me every day.

The front desk team really stood out, especially Damian. The staff made a big difference and helped make my stay an exceptional experience.

I stayed because Airbnb paid for it, and only found out about the bad reviews after checking out. The peaceful location, security, and comfortable bed were the positives. The host was often negligent, unresponsive, and at times rude and arrogant. He'd read my messages and not reply. There were fees for everything. Even visitors had to pay 30.000 just to enter the lobby, without staying overnight. For the amount they charge, they were stingy with basic things too. I asked for a kitchen cloth and a shower caddy for soap and shampoo, but they wouldn't provide either. There were no toiletries, and for five days we got only one roll of toilet paper. One shower door was missing, so the bathroom got soaked, and there was no bath mat or mop. They wanted guests to pay for maid service. The floor was very dirty as well. They said the sheets were stained rather than dirty and that they couldn't remove the stains. I asked them to bring clean sheets if that was true.

Damien and Christian were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist my wife and me.
