Bosque Alto Apartasuite

The area is good and felt safe, and the hotel staff are really nice. But after a long stay, I found this wasn't a relaxing place. Noise carries into the rooms from people watching videos and socializing in the lobby, and there are sometimes kids running around too. In the mornings, staff make a lot of noise getting breakfast ready, and I could sometimes smell the cooking in my room. Other reviews mentioned the noise, but I brushed them off and regretted it. The door system also left me waiting outside at times, or unable to get out in the morning. The gym and spa are basically nonexistent. I chose the hotel because it advertised a gym, but I never managed to use it. I'm staying longer in Bogota for business and moved to another hotel. I can't recommend this one for a long-term stay.

The staff made for a very good stay, and it felt worth the price. The rooms are nice and breakfast is all right. The other amenities were very nice too, though the jacuzzi could have been cleaner.

The spa options were very good, and the design is lovely. My room was cozy, nicely decorated, and had no strong smells. The location is central, and the customer service was very good.

Some rooms have a little kitchen tucked behind a mirror, which is a neat touch. The rooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms are great. Hacienda Santa Bárbara comercial mall and Usaquén beautiful park are about a 10-minute walk away.
