It's a wonderful hotel, and staying in that beautiful place was truly magnificent 😊 I highly recommend going and seeing it for yourselves...!

We were left waiting about 20 minutes after arriving at night because the receptionist couldn't find our reservation. When we checked out, he was rude and said he'd been reprimanded for giving me the wrong information. They also warned us they have no spare keys, so if you lose yours, they can't replace it. Customer service needs work.

The facilities were great, and there was a live show the night we stayed. Really nice!

The location worked well for us: Corferias is close enough to walk to, and downtown Bogotá and the main roads are easy to reach. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with private bathrooms. There’s also an elevator, room service, and a restaurant.

It goes by American Visa now, and it’s only just being brought back. They still have a lot of things to improve.
