Uma Suites Chia

The rooms were clean, though the showers felt a bit cramped. There’s no parking on site, so expect to pay for parking.

I was just passing through Chia and stayed one night. Uma impressed me with how clean it was and how many amenities it offers.

Breakfast was good, but overpriced. Many amenities were out of service, and the gym equipment wasn’t working properly.

I arrived at night for a short stay, but they tried to charge more than the reservation showed and gave no justification. The place was unpleasant, so I left early. It feels completely neglected despite having the infrastructure, and the lack of care in the details made for a very mediocre stay. The rooms were damp and run-down, with peeling paint and dirty walls. The blackout curtains were in terrible condition. The bathroom exhaust fan was broken, made a terrible noise, and left a persistent odor. The soap and shampoo were dirty. Hallway light sensors didn’t work properly, and there were leaks and puddles in the halls, seriously. Traffic from the avenue was constant all night. I don’t recommend it. It’s better to spend a little more and find somewhere better.
