My toilet was blocked for 3 days, then they kicked me out because they said someone else had booked my room. I've never encountered such hypocrisy and dirty business from a hotel. They also charged me for an extra guest even though my original reservation was for two people. Since I was paying in cash, they used that as an excuse to say the terms and conditions had changed. Maybe you'll have a better experience, but mine was a literal nightmare. Absolutely horrendous.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Perlatto. We always choose a room on one of the top floors because the city view, especially at night, is breathtaking. The city is right outside Medellin. One thing to know: if you want a room with AC, you won't get a view. The rooms are kept very clean, and honestly the stay is very affordable.

The staff and owner were so helpful, even arranging a taxi to take our bicycles into Medellin. That was a tricky request because the bikes and bags are big, but they sorted it out. Great service, and I'd definitely recommend it. The rooms are clean and a good size, and the price is good too.

The room was clean and the staff were great. For the type of room I paid for and a 5-day stay, I expected there to be a little refrigerator too. Otherwise, it was good.

The staff were wonderful, and the restaurant on the top floor has a beautiful city view. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was advertised, but that wasn't my experience: I stayed 18 days, and the connection kept dropping, with no good signal anywhere in the hotel. Also, the restaurant had no food service from 930am to noon, and I have no idea why.
