Awful experience. I called and was told there were rooms available, then arrived around 10 pm and was treated like a thief. They slammed the door in my face and left me alone in the street, with nowhere to wait while calling an Uber. If you're in an emergency and don't have a reservation, don't go there. They could lock you out, and it felt dangerous. This isn't a hotel, it's a house.

The hostess was incredibly kind and always attentive to what we needed. She also gave us really good recommendations. The area and location are beautiful, and it was an excellent place to stay. We'd gladly come back, and I highly recommend it.

They made us feel comfortable, cared for, and happy, always checking that we were at ease. It felt like a second home. I'd recommend it without hesitation. 10/10.
