The vegan bakery Panadería Rocks is amazing, which is why we chose this place, but I wouldn't stay here again. We rented through Expedia/VRBO, and even with documentation of our experience, they wouldn't refund us. The heavy furniture gets moved around at all hours. Next door, people partied from midnight to 5 AM on weeknights, and the security guard did nothing. It's very close to Teatron, which is great if you're looking to party, but expect a lot of noise from Thursday night through early Sunday morning.

Manuel at reception was so kind and nice, and the price is great. Everything is brand new, and the facilities are perfect. There are full kitchen facilities and some great places to work on the second floor too. It would be hard to find somewhere better in Bogota. One of the best places I've stayed in my life.

I booked five nights through Agoda about three weeks ago and have had no response at all from the property, either to my own messages or Agoda's inquiries. Then they removed the listing from Agoda without contacting me. I cancelled because I don't trust the booking and was worried it might not even be confirmed or that they wouldn't send check-in information. Terrible customer service. Beware.

The location was great for us, with lively nightlife in chapinero and a calmer, classier feel across the Carrera. The flat was comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, and the gym was good. Front desk security were always friendly and engaging. There were also several ground-floor places to eat with vegan and vegetarian options. Great value for money. After a long flight into Bogotá, it was exactly what we needed.
