We booked weeks ahead and they had no trouble taking our money, but they never answered any of our calls before the stay. When we arrived for the reservation, the hotel was closed and we couldn't get into our room. We called again and again, with no answer. They didn't even pick up when Expedia called. Don't book unless you're willing to risk being stranded without a room and losing your original booking amount. This is a scam!

The shared areas are nice, and a later checkout at 1 PM gave us extra time to rest. Check-in times are flexible, the place is clean and accessible, and the breakfast was delicious, fresh, and made to your liking. Service was excellent, and restaurants and taverns are close by. It gets a bit noisy inside in the mornings. Otherwise, the price and location are good.

The location is especially handy for air travelers. The bus stop is only 100 meters away, and the TransMilenio system is modern, punctual, efficient in Bogotá's traffic, and very affordable. You can get to the hotel from the airport and back easily, and travel practically all over Bogotá at low cost. Mauricio and Luis, the brothers who are the new owners, are excellent hosts. The place is charming and beautifully decorated, and they're incredibly attentive. Edith deserves a special mention for her delicious breakfasts and delightful conversation. She's a truly lovely person. Highly recommend!

They make you feel right at home, with service that's 10/10. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the location is excellent, very close to El Dorado Airport and the Salitre bus terminal.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, but the room wasn't very clean and there was hair in the shower. Breakfast didn't have much variety. Honestly, I wouldn't come back.
