Casa Hotel Quinta Real

It's in a very good neighborhood, close to the city's main places. The atmosphere is good, and the place is clean and amazing.

The bathroom was private, but it was outside the room. I also would have liked a small table and chair to use my computer, but there wasn't one. My room smelled musty, and the TV didn't work during the three days I stayed. They seemed to be looking for the remote, so I turned the TV on manually, but there was no signal even though the cables were connected properly. The location was great, and security was very good.

The location is the one good thing about this "hotel." My room had an extension cord sticking out the window, a broken TV, just one towel, and a toilet that didn't work. It was also far too noisy, with people I think live there making a racket. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

We had a confirmation for a reservation made two months earlier, but when we got there the room supposedly wasn't available. Showing the confirmation didn't help, and the other hotel they called was also full. The receptionist was on her phone and took more than five minutes to deal with us. Then, when she realized they had no room for us, she laughed. She was incredibly unprofessional.
