I had a comfortable, decent room when I stayed in December, though the mattress was badly worn and uncomfortable. For the price and quality, that visit was a good experience. On my return last night, after making a reservation days earlier, I was put in a room with what looked like mold covering the ceiling. The owner insisted it was just the wood’s natural color, not mold, and considered the room normal. I slept terribly and woke up sick. He offered to move me today, but I chose to leave because I disliked his attitude and the employees’ attitude. When I said I was leaving, he replied, “Perfect, ma'am,” as if my discomfort didn’t matter. This affected my health and my finances. I can’t recommend the place.

I’ve enjoyed staying there for several years whenever I’m in Bogotá, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. But on my last visit in August 2025, the housekeeper told me she’d been taught not to clean rooms for guests staying fewer than two weeks. Because of that, I’m not sure I’ll come back next time.

The service was excellent, and the place was clean. Breakfast is offered if you arrange it the night before.

The biggest issue was the noise. I woke up every night because other guests had their TVs on loudly or because the gate bell rang each time I went in or out. The accommodation itself was super clean, with very comfortable beds and new, spotless bathrooms. Hot water ran smoothly, so I felt comfortable.
