The hotel is a little hollow, so you can hear pretty much everything, and it's not especially quiet. Still, it's good value for money and in a pretty good location. Big thanks to Leidy and Alexandra, two awesome, hard-working women. I had trouble with my Booking agency and there was no fan, which worried me because an autoimmune condition makes me extremely sensitive to heat. Haha, I didn't realize Bogota isn't as hot as Cali, and I actually needed blankets at night! We also had trouble with the debit machine, but they handled everything professionally and with smiles.

My room was beside the road, so it was a little loud. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, and the staff gave good attention. The shower had good hot water. Breakfast was good, though small.

At least the Wi-Fi worked fine. The room was very small and basic, there was no hot water, and I could hear everything from outside.

The hotel looks nice, but room 105 was right beside the laundry area. Several times during the night they switched on the light there, leaving my room extremely exposed to it. Worse, the room smelled musty, like it hadn't been used much in a long time and hadn't been cleaned properly. I told the cleaning staff, including that I have asthma, but they ignored me. On arrival, they also charged an extra 10% when I paid by card, which I think is outrageous.

The manager charged me twice for the room, first in cash without giving me a receipt, then again on my credit card through the Booking.com app. He later said I had cancelled my stay, and now refuses to refund me or show proof of the cash payment. I strongly advise against staying here.
