The place has a lot going for it: a full kitchen, washer, desk, big comfortable bed, and underground parking. But avoid room 204. The hot water lasted about a minute before turning freezing cold, so the water heater seems broken. I messaged the admin on WhatsApp and got no reply. After a long travel day, I just wanted a hot shower and some rest. Minus a star for the shower, and another for the silence from admin.

The Airbnb apartment met our expectations, but the building looks quite deteriorated. Rain causes frequent power cuts, though the common areas have backup power.

After traveling nearly eight hours, we were left waiting outside for a long time while it took several hours to get any response. We'd booked more than a month ahead, but when we arrived they said there was no reservation under our name and they couldn't guarantee us a place. I had to find somewhere else to stay and pay more because it was Holy Week. A really bad experience.

On November 4, 2024, we arrived with our suitcases and still couldn't get a reply. The reservation had already been confirmed, yet they ignored our calls and messages and didn't even make an effort to explain. That's disrespectful, and someone responsible needs to handle communication so this doesn't happen. Barrio Bolívar, a very dangerous neighborhood, is one block away, and dangerous people pass by there constantly. I recommend staying somewhere else.
