Very clean, with a good basic breakfast and great customer service. It could probably use a little maintenance.

There was a big rat in the basement.

The hotel is in a very strategic spot, close to the Buenaventura airport. My room was comfortable and clean.

6/10
The service was good and the rooms were clean, but the mattress in room 302 sagged badly. I had the worst night there, then went to another hotel the next day and still woke up feeling awful. Replacing that mattress would be enough to fix the problem.

The hygiene wasn’t very good, and the mattresses were extremely hard.
