The customer service was poor. I asked for a late checkout to make up for the fact that there was no gym, even though the hotel had advertised one. They turned me down and didn’t offer anything else. I booked specifically for the gym, so the misleading information was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was already falling apart, with the sink tap coming loose, and water flooded the room because the drain couldn’t handle the shower. After a nice first impression, there were one surprise after another. Breakfast had fruit, then a choice of eggs or eggs. Sometimes you could get eggs too.

The rooms are excellent and practically soundproof, even though the hotel is on a busy street. The location is good, but the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all. At this price, I’d expect to at least be able to connect.

You can walk to some great nightlife from here, and the low price makes it an okay place for a night. The rooms are quite small, and a few things are missing, like a coffee maker. It’s a little uncomfortable that you need a guard to open the door every time you enter or leave. At checkout, the guard also held us there until they checked that we hadn’t damaged the room.

The hotel is quiet, a nice place to relax after a day exploring Bogotá. Its convenient location makes getting around easy, with major attractions nearby. Downstairs, there’s a cozy, beautifully designed bar where you can enjoy the atmosphere or have drinks with friends. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay.
