The staff were generally kind and attentive, but I had a disappointing stay because of the restaurant, a billing mistake, and a security concern. My chicken wrap came out half-burned, and the meatballs I tried the next day had a strange, overly boiled taste that I didn't enjoy. I only had breakfast once. It felt rushed and disorganized, and I couldn't even get a simple omelet. At checkout I was mistakenly charged around 75,000 pesos for dinners already covered by the host institution. The staff apologized, and it seemed unintentional, but it left me feeling that guests need to check their bills carefully. The area generally seemed safe, though one morning I saw a man being robbed from my window. I told reception, and their first reaction seemed indifferent. Later in the week I raised it again, and they said they would report it. Eventually I did see more police around. There were some good moments of service, but the food, billing error, and security concerns made the stay less than ideal.

The location worked well, with restaurants and other shops nearby. My room had a great view and a super soft, relaxing bed, and it was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the friendly staff made sure I was enjoying my visit.

The hotel's atmosphere is lovely, and the bell staff remembering my name at checkout was a nice touch that made me feel valued. But the way they handled basic room needs was frustrating and not what I'd expect from a hotel of this level. When we went to shower, the soap bottle was empty and the shampoo was nearly gone. I called reception, then tried the booking app and WhatsApp, but got no response and nothing was replaced. The next morning I spoke with someone else at the front desk, who promised to sort it out, but no one came. I messaged WhatsApp and the booking inbox again without hearing back. In the end I had to go downstairs myself to get the toiletries replaced. They only dealt with it after I complained in person. Check-in, on the other hand, was smooth and welcoming. The entrance is beautiful, and the flavored water they offered was a nice touch. Some staff go above and beyond, but the lack of response to a simple request really let the stay down.

The location made things easy, and they helped me with everything. The service, the rooms, every moment was amazing. I can't find the words for it. I felt right at home. Thanks to all the staff!
