It was easy to meet other travelers here, with lovely breakfast and common areas. Masaya Bogotá has a fun, comfortable atmosphere, a pretty courtyard, and a great bar. Natalia made the stay especially good: she helped us check in, shared local suggestions, and pointed us toward the best spots in the neighbourhood. She was kind and professional. I'd definitely come back.

Natalia really made the experience personal and easy. She was warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The whole team helped make the stay smooth and stress-free. Camelia by Masaya Collection has a peaceful, welcoming feel, with comfort and style throughout. The rooms are clean, well kept, and thoughtfully designed, and the common spaces are elegant and relaxing. I highly recommend it for the quality, comfort, and service, and I'll definitely return.

In La Candelaria, Masaya Bogotá is within walking distance of museums, cafés, and local spots. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming for solo travelers or groups, and the clean rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and communal areas made it easy to meet people. Natalia was especially helpful, always greeting us with a smile and sharing great tips for exploring the city. One of my best hostel stays. Highly recommend it in Bogotá!

Breakfast was a highlight. I tried three of the four choices over my three nights in November, and all were great and very tasty. The same breakfast lady was there every morning, with lovely tattoos, and we had some very nice conversations. At Camelia, Natalia was the reception team member I saw most often, and she was really nice and helpful. The hotel is lovely, the room gorgeous, and the bathroom beautiful. La Candelaria's location is perfect, and I felt safe walking around. The room loses a star for the loud noise that rose and fell throughout the day and night, though luckily I had earplugs. The pillows were a bit too high for me, but I could probably have asked reception for another, so that wasn't a problem. Thanks, and I look forward to coming back!

Right in the historic district, Masaya Bogotá is handy for walking to nearby attractions. The hostel has free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, and comfortable beds, and I found the stay joyful, friendly, safe, and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming, and Natalia deserves a special thank you for going above and beyond with local tips and patient answers to all our questions.
