6/10
The staff are pleasant and friendly, but this felt like a place to shower and sleep with your eyes closed, not somewhere to relax. The hotel is drab and dimly lit, and it can be noisy on weekdays. Near Museo del Oro the location could be excellent, except crime is a serious concern after dark, and people say to be cautious even in the daytime. The internet was unreliable, working sometimes and not others. There was no bottled water to buy, and since shops close after dark, you have to get drinking water earlier. The hot shower only gave a few drops a second, too little to wash properly, while the other option was lukewarm. I wouldn't recommend it for a family or a couple wanting a restful stay.

The rooms were spotless and the prices fair, and we loved the service. It was so beautiful, a little close to the greenery and with no noise đź’š Thanks to the owner for having such a lovely place to relax.
