The changing instructions made the whole stay stressful. Several times we couldn't get breakfast, either because the hours had changed or because they said we hadn't paid for it. Then, after we'd paid for the room, we were told the quoted price was wrong and asked to pay more. The service was incredibly bad and completely inept. I'd never return or recommend it.

We ended up here after another hotel overbooked, and the staff were so nice and spoke English. Very good hotel, with good prices. Thanks for everything!

The showers and WiFi were perfect, and the friendly staff and super-comfortable bed made it easy to sleep for days. It was a bit pricey for my budget, though, so I could only manage a few days.

At 11:42 pm on October 18, 2025, I arrived by car after calling ahead. The person at reception had said there were no rooms but told me to come in and they'd help find a nearby hotel. They only gestured for me to wait and wouldn't open the door. From inside, they said, "I'll share the information with you," but no help ever came. Someone eventually came to my car just to say they were on a call with the manager. My problem wasn't solved, and the trip there was a waste. That service was terrible and shouldn't be like this.

I drive for Uber, and the woman at reception is crazy. She came out and hit my car.
