It was good.

The location is excellent and the rooms are very nice, but I wouldn't return or recommend the place. The blankets smelled unpleasant, like stale sweat. They weren't changed until the fifth day of my six-day stay, and the replacements smelled clean. Also, one night an older man who manages the hotel was very drunk and spoke incoherently for at least three hours. My family and I felt uncomfortable.

Casa Lozano is very close to the U.S. Embassy, and the people there make you feel at home. Doña Sonia, Don Juan, Ma de Los Ángeles, and the receptionist are all wonderful. We're so grateful for everything we learned from you. It was incredibly helpful. Thank you, Doña Sonia. I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Lozano! P.S. Mango is the cutest thing you'll find.

The spaces are clean, beautiful, and super comfortable, with exceptional service and hospitality. The location is excellent, very close to the American Embassy and near restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies. Highly recommended.
