A month before our arrival, the owner gave our room to another guest who had booked through AirBnb. We then had to find somewhere else in Villa de Leyva during high season, when all the nice places were already sold out.

I came with my immediate family and we got excellent service. The staff were attentive and happy to share what they knew about things to do in Villa de Leyva and nearby. The facilities were clean and followed the current biosafety protocols.

We went to the Gran Fondo Nairo Quintana as a family, with my husband and children. Being near the coliseum, where the race finished and kits were handed out, made the location ideal. The place had a family feel, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was varied and filling!

The siblings who run this beautiful, traditional family home are lovely and very friendly. They even bring a little coffee to your room each morning, or during the day while you’re staying there. The rooms are great, the location in Villa de Leyva is convenient, and the shower has good hot water. Thanks to Don Octavio, his sister, and the team! 😊👍
