You get clean sheets and a clean bathroom, though my room sometimes had an odd smell. That's about it. They only take cash, no cards or electronic payments. Around midnight, staff sent me to an ATM in a pretty sketchy neighborhood before they would let me check in. Not a great experience.

The TV barely worked, there was no soap in the room, and staff wouldn't fix the included service. They also only accepted cash, so despite my having a debit card, they wanted me to walk 20 minutes in the cold to an ATM to pay 50 mil. I told them that could put my life at risk because I'd just been in the hospital with a life threatening condition. They still insisted until I refused and told them to call the police. Then they finally let me stay and sort out payment. When I returned from the hospital, they had already kept me outside for 20 minutes while they figured things out, which made my situation more dangerous. Afterward they tried to charge me for a night I hadn't stayed, and for four nights when I was there for only three. Trying to make someone in a life threatening situation go through all that is awful. “Great people, great Hotel” is sarcasm.

For the price, the room is clean, has good facilities, and the staff are really helpful. Rain can make it quite noisy.
