I've stayed in quite a few hostels around the world, and this is my favorite so far. The atmosphere was lovely, the breakfast delicious, and the rooms were awesome. Everything was a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, and the staff were so helpful with excellent customer service. Love this place.

This was my first hotel in Bogota, and I liked it enough to come back. Nice place, and the manager, Carlos Barrera, is a smiling man who cares about his customers.

What stood out most was how welcoming everyone was. Paula, Carlos, and the rest of the staff paid close attention to what I needed and helped me get around the city. The hotel is central but very quiet, with lovely facilities. Everything was spotless, the bathroom had hot water, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too. The quality is hard to beat. I highly recommend it and would definitely return. Thanks so much for making me feel at home.

Everyone who worked there was very kind, and the common areas were pleasant. They even let us use the kitchen. The rooms were clean and we slept really well. Hot water worked perfectly, which hadn't been the case at any of the other hotels on our trip. It's the best hotel we've stayed at in Colombia. The location is perfect, right in the center of Candelaria but on a quiet street.
