2/10
The rooms cost too much for their dull design, and the food was bad. The rice was overcooked, the meat tough, and the salad plain. A few blocks away there's an authentic neighborhood with amazing food, so I can't see why anyone would choose to stay here over the city's many wonderful places. The attitude was bad, too. I was only here because of a missed airline connection.
4/10
The whole stay felt disorganized, and I wouldn't recommend it. The front desk gave us wrong information about where and when dinner would be served, so we ended up in an uncomfortable situation at the wrong hotel restaurant. Dinner was supposed to start at 7, but it was late. It was free, yet we considered paying to go eat elsewhere. We got there on the shuttle from the airport. During most of the drive, the driver watched Instagram reels at maximum volume.
10/10
Clean rooms, a comfortable hotel, and staff who focus on service. There's also a shuttle for trips to and from the airport.
10/10
Handy for a short flight layover. The airport shuttle is free and easy to catch.
6/10
We had a good experience and received nice service during the few days we stayed. The rooms are plain and basic, but they work fine for an overnight stop. The restaurant was being renovated while we were there, which wasn't much help.
