Courtyard by Marriott Bogota Airport

The room key situation is so annoying and just unacceptable Marriott technology. Either my mobile key or physical card fails, so I end up waiting 10 minutes, sometimes 20, in line just to get a replacement. That one may not work in the elevator, sending me back to the lobby, and then it may not open my room either while the mobile key has stopped working too. Aside from that, the staff are nice and competent, the rooms are pleasant and cool, and the air conditioning works well. It's pretty quiet, breakfast is really good, and they take great care of the hotel's interior. If only they could fix the room cards.

The breakfast really stood out for us. The staff even made a special vegetarian pasta, which was delicious and a thoughtful touch. We also found the rooms spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the complimentary airport shuttle made getting around easy. Marriott Bogotá is a great option near the airport.

After our flight was delayed, we just needed somewhere to sleep, so we skipped the shuttle on arrival. The ride back was pleasant and efficient, and reception was friendly and quick. The room was quiet and a decent size, with a comfortable temperature and effective blackout curtains. Breakfast was a good buffet. The bathroom was the weak point: poor water pressure, a terrible shower head, and towels that were old and coming apart.

A clean, comfortable place to stay after a late flight, with a huge breakfast and lots of choices if you're not vegan. There was a good range of fruit, and they can make mixed vegetables too. The location works well for an overnight stay.
