Explora Hostels

The management here is so kind and really looks after you. We needed a lot of help because of a situation that had nothing to do with the hostel, well beyond what you'd normally expect a hostel to handle, and they were understanding and helpful throughout. They clearly care about their city and hostel and want guests to have a great stay. The hammocks make the place feel cute, and the location is great. There's a laundry service just around the corner, an awesome sandwich shop attached with a good vegan option, and a really handy airport transfer. I speak almost no Spanish, just English, and that wasn't a problem at all.

We hope to come back. It's a very clean hostal with a nice breakfast, and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The location in La Candelaria is the best. I don't say this often, but it's an amazing place for couples and families. Thank you so much!

We arrived early in the morning, well before check-in, and they let us sleep in another room. The sheets and room were clean, and the shower was lovely and hot with great pressure. It's a no-frills hostel, but it has everything you need, including good WiFi and a computer guests can use. There's a nice smoking area and communal space, and the location is central.

The rooms were impeccable, and the food was delicious and inexpensive. Nobody made me feel pressured; I felt at home instead. The place went beyond what I expected, and the staff were very friendly. Don Carlos in particular left me with a good memory of your hostel.
