After 2 AM, staff at reception were shouting, and I woke up three or four times during the night. When I asked them to keep it down, they just laughed as I went back to my room. Terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re willing to lose sleep.

It’s clean, safe, conveniently located, and good value, with helpful staff. The main issue can be at night: if there are young people around, security doesn’t control the noise, and they talk a lot. The sound insulation isn’t good.

The men working there were very professional, but my experience with the woman at the front desk was awful. On the second day, she moved me to a different room, saying I’d paid for the smaller one. Later, after I brought a friend over, they charged me more than I’d paid for the room, including breakfast for my guest. She was rude and unprofessional, and I’d never stay here again.

The sauna is perfect. The room without windows, though, isn’t ideal.
