The staff were wonderful, and it was easy to walk to lots of places from the hotel. A great spot to rest in bogota.

Very bad experience. I canceled my booking about two months earlier because the event venue had changed. They kept telling me they'd refund the money, but time went by and nothing came through. When I was in Bogotá, I went by the hotel to ask what could be done, but it was being renovated and nobody was there to help. Their phone is hardly ever answered either.
