They'd confirmed my booking, but when I arrived they said there wasn't a room for me. It felt like a ridiculous waste of my time. I won't come back, and I wouldn't recommend it either.

I slept really well here. Even when I came back around midnight to 2 am after going to Corferias stadium, just a three-minute walk away, the hotel stayed quiet. I loved my stay and would come back. Breakfast is okay, though there's a modern restaurant on the corner, and there's plenty to do nearby.

The staff were rude, and the service was bad. When I asked for a supervisor, they brought over an administrator's husband, who probably doesn't even work at the hotel. It was super unprofessional. After we went back and forth, I asked to get my money back for the last night, but they refused. DON'T STAY HERE!

The price changed from what was offered on booking, and there was no parking. The street felt unsafe, there were no towels in the room, and the staff had bad attitudes.

Thanks to the workers at Hotel Ariston. They're very nice people, and the service was good. The place was clean and comfortable, and I had a great stay.
