Expo Hotel Ferial

I appreciated being able to leave my backpacks after checkout since my flight was at night. The stay was great, though when you ask for something, like a towel, they just ignore you.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and there was a Transmilenio station nearby. Pets are allowed for a small fee of 40mil, and they have complimentary coffee and hot water available around the clock. The room was incredibly hot. It had just one window, facing the hallway, and it was completely see-through. We couldn't keep it open because cleaning staff and other guests kept coming by to stare at our cat. The walls were so thin that we could hear everything happening on the first floor from our room on the fourth. Hall lights stayed on 24/7, and even with the blinds down it felt like daytime all the time. Breakfast costs 16mil, and airport transportation costs 29mil.

We had booked two months ahead for a group of eight adults and eight children aged from 3 months to 7 years. When we arrived at 3 pm on the reservation date, the reservation manager told us she'd cancelled it that morning because a larger group had walked in.

The airport transfer worked out well, and the staff were professional and friendly, taking care of what we needed or arranging it for us. We had a very pleasant stay at this great hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. If you're coming to Bogota-Colombia and need a pleasant place to stay, you should book with the Expohotel Ferial.
