The hotel is a bit out of the way, and the hallways are somewhat shabby, but I had a big, comfortable room and slept quietly in a large bed with lush, cozy linens. I appreciated having heating options. MANUEL RODRIGUEZ was the standout for me. He picked me up at the hotel, and since I only had one full day, I cautiously decided to hire him. We negotiated in Spanish over WhatsApp. He planned the day cleverly, toured me around and waited for me, never making me wait more than three minutes. I can't recommend him, his service or the experience enough. He's solid, kind and humble, and a real rock. He'll save you time and money. He took me to the airport at 5 the next morning and arrived five minutes early. A pro.

The manager and staff were attentive, professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the service was excellent. I was especially impressed by the restaurant: the food was delicious, and there was a wide range of choices that went beyond what I expected. The facilities also make this a good option for business events as well as leisure stays. It's conveniently located near several malls and shopping areas. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a great experience.

We picked this hotel for a team retreat in Bogotá, and it worked out so well. The location was great, and the hotel itself was lovely. What made the stay, though, was the people who helped us. They were friendly, ready with advice on what to see around Bogotá, and happy to help whenever we needed it.
