Really unpleasant service after the hostel posted the wrong ad and price. When I arrived to ask about my reservation, the staff said it had been canceled, though nobody had told me. They said there wasn’t much they could do, so I could pay the full price or find another hostel. I don’t recommend it :(

The rooms are nice and it’s generally quiet, and aside from one bad experience, I’ve found the place very good. That time, they didn’t answer calls or WhatsApp, and when I arrived expecting a room, there was no availability. It cost me time and gas.

The woman’s service was TERRIBLE, with ZERO customer care and a really rude attitude. I made the reservation, but THEY got the date wrong and offered no solution. She even suggested it was my fault for booking that same day. Just awful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Hotel Boulevar, one block away, treated us wonderfully and charged the same price.

The woman in charge was so friendly and looked after us really well when I came with my mom. She loved the place, and we’d definitely come back. ☺️☺️☺️
