The room service here is the best I've had. Salvaje, the restaurant on the first floor that shares the building with the hotel, handles it. You can call down and order anything from the menu to your room with no extra charge. It's an Asian fusion place with really good grilled food too, including lamb or steak, plus fresh sashimi and rolls, and the prices are reasonable. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, greeting me cheerily when I came in. After I checked in late on my first day, they helped me switch rooms for a better view. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with different items depending on the day and a full spread in a bright, open dining area. The location is perfect, with lots of restaurants nearby and some of the biggest, grandest trees I've seen in a city. Across a small one-lane road from the door is a beautiful little park with a plaza. About 100m from the front door of the Bioxury is an old bust of Miguel Cervantes, who wrote Don Quixote, my favorite book. Coming back from the farmacia one block away on my second day, I noticed the name. That felt like a bit of serendipity.

Orion Aldina made the stay especially good. He went above and beyond to keep everything smooth and enjoyable, and his attention to detail really elevated the experience. All the staff were warm and professional. My stay at the Bioxury Hotel was amazing. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and shops but still quiet and relaxing. I'd absolutely return and highly recommend the Bioxury to anyone visiting Bogotá.

A great location and a perfect starting point for getting out and doing things. Our room was a good size, clean, and had good amenities. The staff were friendly and well intentioned. Our Spanish isn't very good, so communication was sometimes difficult. 🙂

The location is easy to get around on foot, and the room was quiet with a comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was healthy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price felt fair. I liked it more than the other Hyatt locations in Bogota.

I keep coming back because the service is always impeccable and the rooms are really comfortable, with all the amenities I need. There are also two good restaurants close by, which makes things convenient. I love this hotel.
