The stay at Hilton Bogotá was smooth from beginning to end, and I couldn't point to anything negative. The rooms were immaculate, meals were delicious, and the front desk was welcoming and efficient. Andres in concierge, along with Eloy, Luis and Alejandra in the Lounge, stood out for being attentive, professional, and sincerely committed to getting everything right. Housekeeping and food service were just as strong. I'd happily recommend it.

Bogotá's a pleasant area to stay in, and the hotel is well situated there. Breakfast was good and came with my room. Service was good too, though there's room to improve. One thing to know before using the hotel's taxi service: the fare is about one and a half times a street taxi's price. That's fine, but the front desk didn't tell us until we were already in the car. I'd ask them about the cost first to avoid a surprise.

Alba at breakfast and Alejandra during Happy Hour have been wonderful. They're professional but still so friendly, and we enjoy chatting with them and having their company. Their hospitality really reflects the Hilton values. I highly recommend both of these ladies.

The hotel is nice, and I'd recommend it. My cleaner, Lusia Fernanda, was so thoughtful every day, even though I was messy and working all the time. One day she cleaned while I was still working.
