It’s a small hostel, so it’s easy to get to know the other guests. I stayed for 1,5w and would return just to see the owners again. They’re a genuinely kind family, and the hospitality was lovely. The beds are a bit less comfortable, with springs, and the place can feel cold and humid, but opening things up and using a blanket fixed that. Good value for the price, especially for budget travelers.

The family who runs this place really looks out for you and wants you to enjoy Bogota. It’s right in the centre of Candelaria. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the showers have hot water. Breakfast is simple but really good, and you can pay by card. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I came back for a second trip because I enjoyed staying here so much. The house is lovely, with a large kitchen and a beautiful garden, and the beds are comfortable. It’s clean, breakfast is included, and the owners are kind and helpful. A great hostel in La Candelaria.

We felt right at home here. The owners are such a warm, lovely couple, and the location is great. The kitchen and back yard are nice, and the beds were comfy. Simple and good :)

The owner kindly let us in at 7am after our night flight and let us sleep in the living room. It’s a beautiful, homely hostel. Breakfast was simple but good, served communally, which gave us a nice chance to meet other travellers.
