The bedroom and breakfast were nice, but I left very disappointed over the laundry charge. I gave them a small load of washing for one person and got a bill for COP 309400 ($81 USD), more than the cost of my room for the night. That's completely extortionate, unlike anything I've encountered while traveling in Europe or elsewhere in South America. The receptionist spoke with the laundrette and hotel manager, but they wouldn't lower the price. It honestly felt like a scam, and I wouldn't return or recommend the hotel.

I got upgraded to a one-bedroom when I arrived, and everything was amazing. The room was extremely spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a huge TV selection. The staff were amazing as well. The location is in the gourmet district, with tons of great restaurants. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Bogota.

A very nice, clean hotel for the price. It's in a great area with lots of wonderful food spots, and getting an Uber or Didi to other zones is easy.

The staff, apart from the cleaning women, seemed lost and unhelpful no matter what language I tried. The bigger problem was the noise: a dance club right below the hotel played music past midnight, nearly until sunrise on weekends. The windows couldn't be opened, and the AC and ventilation weren't working.

Great location, though check-in dragged on for quite a while. On my last night, neither of the two keys I tried would open my door.
