Seguro Patria was a convenient base, with restaurants nearby, Chipichape shopping center just minutes away, and easy access to main roads. The area was quieter than the city center. Hotel Arisha is a small boutique hotel, but there's clear attention to detail, and it's pet-friendly if you're traveling with a pet. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. I found the price fair for the comfort and quality. The staff were attentive around the clock, friendly, and ready to help. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me without any trouble. I came in tired after a long day and found a quiet, welcoming place for my last night in Cali. My room was spotless, with strong air conditioning, a plush, comfortable bed, good TV channels, a handy desk, a safe, and a modern bathroom with steady hot water. The Wi-Fi stayed fast and reliable all night. Breakfast was included, and the American-style spread of eggs, arepas, fresh fruit, juice, strong coffee, and assorted pastries was just what I needed before my flight. If I return to Cali, I'll stay here again. 100% recommended!

I arrived in the early morning hoping to sleep, but loud hammering from the next room woke me abruptly and made it impossible to get any more rest. Reception said they couldn't do anything because the repairs couldn't be postponed. They offered no solution or room change, and didn't give a genuine apology. Doing noisy repairs during rest hours felt completely disrespectful, and the lack of empathy toward guests made it worse. I wouldn't come back or recommend this hotel.

Our Booking.com reservation didn't stop the arrival from turning chaotic. The girl at reception who checked us in seemed to have no idea what she was doing and no interest in sorting things out. Then the manager showed up, aggressive and rude, making us feel unwelcome and practically forcing us to leave with our luggage. Terrible experience.

The food had plenty of variety, and reception was nice, though unfortunately they don't speak English. The hotel is well placed for shops, gyms, and restaurants, and the bus station is about a 20-minute walk away. Our room was small but clean, with comfortable beds. The odd thing was that there was no hot water, but we got used to it 😁

The rooms were really nice, and I liked everything about my stay. The hotel is well located and the service is friendly. I'll be back, and I recommend it.
