We stayed one night on January 12, 2024. Our double room was spacious and had two balconies, a fridge, and a TV. The staff were always kind and helpful. They even got me a hairdryer from their house, which was so nice, especially since hairdryers are rare in Colombia. The shower drain could use a little fixing, but I’d definitely recommend the hotel. There are lots of restaurants and street food on the main avenue just a few steps away, and there’s a laundry downstairs that charges by the kilo.

Great value, with a nice patio, comfortable room, good TV and bathroom. It’s close to the center, feels secure, and has kind staff. Snacks and drinks are available too.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and everything was clean and organized. The staff were very friendly too. I liked how close the hotel is to everything, almost right in the center.

The hotel was clean and good, and the staff were friendly. Still, I don’t understand why loud roadwork hammering had to start at 8 a.m. at a hotel where so many guests arrive late at night. Why not do it from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., when people are out on tours? We got in very late and were woken after only a few hours. The staff stopped the noise when I complained, but by then I was awake, exhausted, and feeling sick.
