The rooms were comfortable and clean, which makes the way we were treated even more disappointing. Two receptionists were rude throughout our stay. We’d already paid for the reservation, but on arrival they charged us extra without clearly explaining why. When we asked for basic things like towels and clothes hangers, they showed no interest in helping or sorting it out. We also agreed to pay extra for a slightly later checkout, but they tried to charge us even more when we were leaving. The rooms are fine, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The room they gave me had a serious cockroach problem and a foul smell. It was so unpleasant that I couldn’t stay, and the place felt clearly unsanitary. I reported it, but the hotel offered no solution, so I had to leave early. They didn’t refund me either. I can’t recommend this place. They need to take urgent action, because these conditions aren’t suitable for guests.
