My room was spacious and looked out over the park, so I enjoyed watching people from there. The hotel sits right where things are happening, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Their good service outweighed the little annoyances, and I'd recommend the place. A few details kept it from being a five-star stay: the breakfast was quite light, the room could use some decoration, and the bulky fitness item in the room wasn't useful to me. A taller chair would have made the park view easier to enjoy. I could hear noises from the hallway, and needing a key card in the elevator just to go down to the lobby felt unnecessary.

The staff did a great job. I had no complaints: the room and beds were large, and the shower was big too. For a small hotel, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of very good toiletries.

The rooms are roomy, though there isn't much furniture, and the beds felt very hard. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, but housekeeping was inconsistent.

A lovely little boutique hotel operated by the Sorotama brand. A hidden gem, especially if quiet rooms are what you're after!

Right in the city centre, this is a nice place with good service. I'd recommend it.
