Be careful if you're placed here through your EPS (health insurance provider). While guests are dealing with medical issues, the hotel doesn't tell them how long their paid stay covers. Then at checkout, they demand payment for extra nights, even though guests signed a contract earlier without anyone explaining it first. They say all the staff are new, but still make you pay, and even cancel your transportation so you can't leave. Reception and management show a complete lack of respect. Nobody tells guests they need to leave the hotel. It feels like a total modus operandi.

Our stay through EPS (health insurance) was awful. The room service was terrible: the beds were almost falling apart, the room smelled bad, and it hadn't been swept. There was still someone else's hair on the floor and sheets. The food was even worse, and the woman managing the place was terrible too. That's what we experienced, though I can't speak for others.
