Hotel American Visa Corporate

LATAM put us here after its awful delays, and it was a nightmare. The noise never let up: shouting in the halls, music from what sounded like a nearby pub, plus street sounds. It felt like we were staying in a food court. The sheets and towels were so worn they looked yellow instead of white, and there were no toiletries. Worst hotel I've stayed in, thanks to LATAM.

The music blaring through the corridors made it impossible to stay in the room. They also don't clean every day, and I felt cheated over a towel. I stained the ceiling, cleaned it, then left the towel to dry so I could take it to reception. While I was out, the housemaid took the clean, dry towel from my room. They charged me a fine and kept the towel. What a robbery.

I love being looked after, and that's what happens here. The manager, a tall amazonic woman, is always walking around, welcoming people, guiding them and making sure they're well cared for. The other employees are kind too. Drop a fork and four turkeys appear to pick it up and bring a new one. I'm at an event now and someone just came in asking, "Anyone for seconds"? I love this place.
