The location is great, but several basics were missing. There were no towels in the room, so I had to ask for them, and they said they don’t provide shampoo. I tried to shower at 7 a.m., but there was no hot water; I was told to wait, and half an hour later it still hadn’t come on. There was mold on the walls by the windows, and the TV signal kept cutting in and out. Breakfast cost extra. It was reasonably priced but basic. It’s decent enough if you just need somewhere to sleep for one night. I had two kids with me, though, and I wouldn’t want to deal with some of these problems again.

The location was great, and the staff were always kind and ready to help. Our room was comfortable, though really hot. The bathroom was small but clean, and at six feet tall I had no legroom on the toilet.

There are useful shops and services nearby, along with some good restaurants. The location is fantastic if you need to visit the US consulate, though that wasn’t my consulate. The prices are great, so I’d rate it 4.5. I haven’t tried the spa services.
