The breakfast was just a small bowl of fruit, two biscuits, and scrambled eggs, served on cheap paper plates with plastic utensils. I also couldn't get an English-language TV channel. After talking to the front desk, I left at 8 a.m. and found a nearby hotel for the same price that was 100% better. My booking here had been for five nights. They wanted me to wait until 1 p.m. for another room, but I couldn't spend a few more hours there. I arrived from the USA just after a midnight flight, checked in late, and was exhausted. I didn't sleep at all because people knocked on doors through the night, and conversations from the hallways and rooms carried straight in. The room was dark and dingy, with no windows, a single ceiling light, and its switch by the bathroom. Nothing felt welcoming. The bathroom wasn't clean and had no amenities.

The location is really convenient, and for a lower price this is decent value. Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean, though they may feel lacking if you're used to the big hotel chains.

There are shops and places to eat all around, with lots of them under a 10-minute walk away. A Transmilenio station is only a couple of blocks from this great location. The people were really nice, and the included breakfast had two or three good options. For what it costs, it's totally worth it. I'd probably come back if I visit Bogotá again.

The corridors were pretty noisy, but everything was neat and well organized. A good experience.

The Wi-Fi never worked, and the rooms had almost no space. Service was very slow too. I wouldn't recommend this motel unless you have no other choice.
