Oscar was fantastic, professional, friendly, and a big part of how comfortable our stay felt. Thanks again! The hotel is modern, the facilities are genuinely good, and the area feels safe. There’s direct indoor access to the shopping mall just behind the building, which is very convenient. It’s next to a fairly busy road, but the soundproofing works well, so street noise wasn’t a problem. The location itself is less appealing: heavy traffic right outside, not much of interest in the neighborhood, and a business-district feel rather than an authentic atmosphere or a good selection of local restaurants and pleasant walking areas. Allow about 30 minutes by taxi to reach the more historic city center.

The facilities are top notch, and the suites feel worth the price. I’ve been staying here for more than eight years and keep coming back. The staff are professional and accommodating. With a lot of travel behind me and Titanium status, I can say it’s a great choice.

The suite and the view of Bogotá were lovely, and we had plenty of room, closet space, a small kitchen, large mirrors, a comfortable living area, and generous bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable too. We booked W Bogotá Hotel through AMEX Fine Hotels + Resorts for our 10-year anniversary, and the hotel made the occasion feel special from the start. After I messaged about our celebration and spa plans, the team followed up promptly and asked for details, including a photo, to personalize the room. We arrived to an upgrade, anniversary notes on the bed, a welcome platter, and a framed photo with a personal message. After the spa appointment, the staff surprised us with dessert, cocktails, and a handwritten card. Breakfast brought heart-shaped pancakes, fruit, and another anniversary card. Everyone we met was warm and professional and clearly wanted us to have a memorable stay. The property was spotless, attractive, and in a secure, convenient area. One of our most special hotel stays, and we hope to return next year. We’d recommend booking a spa appointment.

The room was amazing, and they surprised us for our anniversary with a card, drinks, and a personalized message alongside a photo of us. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we got everything we asked for, then more. We felt like royalty. We loved our stay and only wish we’d stayed longer. Thanks for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back.

The hotel staff were excellent, and the rest of my stay was fine. Parking was the problem. They require valet service, so I handed over my car Friday afternoon and got it back Sunday morning. Someone had put an Apple AirTag inside the seat to track us. We found it before anyone could track us and rob us, luckily. This is why I prefer parking my own car. I asked a manager to call, but nobody ever got back to me.
