Hotel Business

After a bad stay at the "Punto 100" hotel, I needed somewhere else and this seemed like a much nicer option for the same price. It was better designed, quieter, and had good quality hot water. The location was the one thing I didn't like, and charging us the full rate when we arrived at 2 a.m. felt wrong. Even so, I'd recommend it. Thanks for helping us out of a jam.

If cold water, terrible service, and having your room taken without being told there’s no water sound like your thing, come here. The strong creosote smell is the cherry on top. 👌

There wasn't even a hotel name on the door. The sheets were covered in hair, and the room had a strong cigarette smell. They changed the advertised price when we arrived, saying it didn't include VAT. Cleaning was poor, with hair all over the bed, floor, and bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower at all, so I had to wash in ice-cold water.

For the price, it’s a good hotel, but there’s no Wi-Fi. I’d only suggest it as a place to sleep. If you go, ask the woman who runs it whether she’s been to see her sister in Medellín. She left Medellín as a child and never went back.
