There’s renovation work going on early in the morning, so getting sleep is almost impossible. The door won’t close unless you move the beds. They also add cleaning and Wi-Fi fees on top of the price, but the Wi-Fi doesn’t even work. Plenty of nearby hotels cost about the same, so go somewhere else and don’t waste your money here. What a scam.

Horrible experience. I paid for a 35-night booking, but at check-in they said I could only stay 30 days. I showed the receipt and they changed their story. Today I still had three nights left, but they said it was my last day. After I showed the receipt again, they changed what they said once more and told me to leave on the 26th because that was the date printed there. The receipt meant I had paid through the 26th, so I understood that I could check out on the 27th. They changed their answer again.

A warning before you arrive: the rooms are very cramped, and the shower has a weak stream and is really bad. The manager speaks to customers with a shocking attitude and shouts at them. If you’re looking for a hotel in Bogota, don’t come here. I especially can’t recommend it because of the manager’s very poor attitude.

The price worked well for my budget, and the location was perfect for what I had planned in Bogota. The staff are awesome, lovely people. Thanks, guys, I hope I can come back soon!
