The rooms were spacious and accessible, and we had no trouble with the booking through AAdvantage. We also felt safe coming and going, with security around the clock. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, coffee, and a daily entree. What stood out most was the hospitality: everyone we met was courteous and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!

Casa Legado is beautifully designed, charming, and extremely clean. You can tell the staff take pride in the house and want guests to enjoy both it and Bogotá. Thank you Camila, Ana, Natalia, Laura, and the whole CL team. You’re magicians! I brought a group of 20 artists, and we rented the entire property for four days. Camilla helped us arrange a welcome dinner and cocktail party, along with daily lunch and coffee service. All the planning happened smoothly over email, and everything was ready when we arrived. The team made us feel comfortable and cared for from the start. I never felt I needed to check on the details or worry about anything. The experience went beyond what I expected, with the staff working together so well and putting hospitality first. Whether you're coming for a personal stay or a large event, I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Legado for a comfortable, well-coordinated experience.

I loved the hotel's incredible design, and the spaces felt welcoming. Our room was clean and thoughtfully put together. The staff made our stay special: they decorated it beautifully for our anniversary, shared recommendations, booked massages and facials, and even found me a yoga mat and offered a private room to practice in. When we borrowed the hotel bikes, they got us helmets and locks and pointed us in the right direction. The food and snacks were fresh and delicious. They had thoughtful touches like sunscreen for guests, which saved us once, and hot water bottles in the bed. We also used the hotel's rides when we arrived and checked out. The staff stayed in touch with the drivers to make sure both trips went smoothly. We had an amazing couple of days in Bogotá and can't wait to come back. Thanks for everything.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the service from the whole team was warm and attentive. My group kept talking about how great the staff were. The hotel also stayed in close contact before we arrived and went out of its way to help arrange dinners and transportation. I spent three nights at Casa Legado with 11 friends. We booked the entire "Newphew's House" side, which worked perfectly for our group. Everyone liked their room, and the common areas were both cozy and beautiful. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance, too. I'm glad we chose Casa Legado, and I hope to stay there again when I return to Bogotá.
